Baling presses and industrial automation systems since 1948
The Gualchierani company began its activity in 1948 with the design and construction of hydraulic presses for packaging textile materials. Subsequently, starting from the seventies, the first devices for industrial automation in the textile sector have been manufactured.
Industrie Meccaniche S.r.l. was born in 2009, and has continued the activity of Gualchierani, (of which it has taken over the trademark) also making use of the staff who for many years worked in Gualchierani and, thanks to this experience and know-how, is also able to guarantee to its customers an extremely efficient technical designing service and after-sales assistance.
Production
The main branches of Industrie Meccaniche – Gualchierani are:
- construction of baling presses for all types of textile products including: wool and synthetic staple fibers, tows, bumps, tops balls
- development of projects relating to automation systems for the textile sector, in particular for woolen, open-end and worsted spinning, and for dyeing plants.
The production is also focused on the creation and management of automated warehouses, also for special products, and automatic handling of master-batch systems in the plastic sector. Industrie Meccaniche – Gualchierani designs and builds its own machinery internally with the creation of specific software for process controls complying also with the requirements of the “Industry 4.0” regulation.
